Sundays RIde With the Birthday Boy: Stir Crazy

Matt, the Birthday Kid, checkin in with Father Time

Matt and I headed out Sunday morning to meet with the Sport Touring group. It started as a beautiful morning with blue skies. It did not end so well but I will explain later.

We rode to one of my favorite coffee joints, Stir Crazy, in Rochester Wisconsin (just north of Burlington). I have posted on this place before but figured it was worth a mention again. The owners are great and always love to see us. This is not one of those snooty chain places. It has more of that county relaxed feel. I will have to pictures from this inside next time I go up.

For a coffee meetup, this had to be one of the largest ones I have seen from just one group. We were in the range of 40 bikes or so. A lot of familiar faces with some new ones too. It is only going to get bigger. I took these pictures shortly after we arrived. I did not realize they would keep coming.

Before I get to the random pics, the return home was mixed with rain. For the most part, it felt like the gods was spitting on us. It would clear up than a few a minutes later, a little rain. Just when I thought we were clear, the clouds opened up on us a mile from home. I never realized how cold the rain was until I bought a motorcycle.

Hey, someone is stealing my bike. Oh wait, his shield is not cracked.
