St. Pattys Day, Razor Style

Guiness + Hot Sauce makes Sean a happy boy!

As normal, Jenn and I don't go out for St. Pats day. With kids now and having a harder time finding sitters we remained at home. Although I did get the bike out and went to my parents place in Long Grove, Suzi's Tea, to show the bike off and catch up with Dad. It was a high of 38 today. It was cold!

While out in Long Grove, I bought a new hot sauce. It is called "Scorned Woman". For my taste buds, it was a peppery mild to low medium heat but good flavor. I like to try new sauces and add the finished bottle my collection. Below is the small collection of hot sauces that I have conquered.

With the exception of one hot sauce, I have completed the all the bottles, majority by myself. The one I did not finish was so bad; I could not go through with it. Life is too short for bad hot sauces. Some of the sauces came from around the world.

When friends and family go on vacation, they ask if they can bring me back a souvenir. If they insist, I request a unique hot sauce. It’s a no brainer because they are cheap and easy to store in the suitcase. Some are from New Orleans, Mississippi and even a peppered oil from Italy courtesy of my sister in law, Amanda.

One collection of hot sauce came from Jamaica. An associate wanted to upgrade his PC for a long time. He was not really due for one so I kept denying him. Then when I got wind of his vacation, I bribed some hot sauce for a pc upgrade. He agreed. Upon his return, the associate had new PC and I was up four bottles of hot sauce! I can be bought.... for a cheap hot price.

Back today, I added the new hot sauce to pizza, drank the Guiness and kicking back for the night. The wife is out on the couch and I am going to steal the remote to watch more March Madness. Cheers!
